Welcome to the family Beatrice

We have a new pet, Beatrice the hamster. Beatrice is very active and loves running around in her hamster ball. Her favorite food is carrot and she loves attention. 66609|640

Phoebe pretends to have a very large vocabulary. She doesn't really comprehend everything she says but she's more than willing to engage in arguments without understanding what she's saying. If you say something to her or accuse her of impertinence she will wholeheartedly refute your allegation with the best phonetic reconstruction of your accusation that she can muster. Complex car rides

The older Sophia gets the more I have observed she has a thirst for knowledge and is a curious child. However, she seems to save most of her heavy questioning for when we are in the car. Maybe it is because she is bored and has nothing to do but look out the window and wonder about things she sees or is thinking. Kind of like what I do when I am a passenger I suppose. Also, I imagine it is because Mommy is on lock down and not running around the house doing something so she can ask away and I can't move. Some of our talks have been about....... ** how we live on earth and what other things live on earth ** what our cars drive on or don't--like dirt, grass, the road, sidewalks,etc. ** upon observing cows and asking if one was a girl cow, "Yes", how do you know? "because it has an udder?", what's an udder? So that led to discussion on udders, breasts, breastfeeding and other mammals that nurse their babies with milk ** what is in her head. A brain...
