Things I love about Sophia....

The way her eyes roll in the back of her head when she sleeps.



The sweet smiles she gets when she is sleeping.

Her long, beautiful eyelashes.

How she sleeps so heavily and quietly for her Mommy and Daddy.



Her peeties (toes)!

Her big eyes (can't wait to see what color they will be!).

How she falls asleep so peacefully in my arms when breastfeeding.

Her dark, silky smooth hair.

That she is a perfect, wonderful combination of my sweet hubbie and me.

Running simplescalar on Ubuntu in alpha config

I have to post this for future reference as there were so many pain points just getting simplescalar running that I needed to mirror some links and consolidate some tutorials. Here's a good guide to installing simplescalar . I'll mirror some of the information from another guide that worked for me as well. The first link also contains the files you'd need to get it running. I'll also rehost them here. Here's a tutorial taken from here. Phoebe loves shoes

OMG Shoes. Phoebe loves them. At any given moment Phoebe is either swapping shoes, trying on shoes, or digging through someone's closet for new shoes. Our recent trip to Bryan, TX to visit family, brought us to a children's play museum. There was a small selection of dress up items which of course included shoes. Phoebe immediately began prancing around in her new shoes. 59585|400 Heather wanted some pictures of Phoebe in her cousins boy clothes as well. I Don't Mind

I don't mind the rapid spreading contagion of nerdity (I made the word nerdity up, which I think makes me a nerd. A fact that was never in doubt). My only lament is her hesitance to adopt my music. Seriously, I listen to some awesome music. Every week I find new bands, new sounds, and every once in a while I find gold. The only problem is that I've trained myself to like the weirdest stuff I can find. For example: [audio:01-unexpect-chromatic_chimera.mp3] The band is called uneXpect. They're probably considered metal but they have a certain jazz/circus music/opera influence. They're similar to Sleepytime Guerilla Museum but much heavier.
