Running simplescalar on Ubuntu in alpha config
I have to post this for future reference as there were so many pain points just getting simplescalar running that I needed to mirror some links and consolidate some tutorials. Here's a good guide to installing simplescalar . I'll mirror some of the information from another guide that worked for me as well. ReplyDeleteThat is so funny!! When Yoroko was learning to talk we'd ask her if she wanted her "cup cup cup" (don't ask why we repeated it, it was a weird parental thing) and eventually she would ask for her "puck" because she'd picked up on the p-c sound instead of the c-p sound. How funny that Phoebe calls it 'ow'!
