Weight loss

I'm about 40 pounds overweight and sick of it.

Time to lose weight. I'm not sure this is the be place to put my progress but I'll be creating a category to track my progress on meals and time at the gym as well as full workouts in order to hold myself accountable. Prior to this I was comfortable trying to just gain muscle and I've done a fair job of that but not holding to a strict diet is inhibiting my progress. It's time to go back to ground zero.
